culled to her cold carress

drawn forth from dark portals

to this wretched realm

A Syracuse based Doom metal band formed in November of 2020. Void Emperor released their self titled, demo LP in October of 2021. Soon after were lineup changes and they went on without a drummer for several years.The band was joined by drummer Mike Oliver in the latter part of 2024. In spring of 2025 they recorded the album "Marauders" with the new lineup, evolved sound and new material. Not long after that Oliver left the project and the curse of drummers continued.

The Void Emperor live concert is a multi-sensory experience incorporating ceremonial costumes, macabre set design, and visual effects. They are currently developing material for their follow up album.
